What the workflow score means
- A case is one piece of work followed across every system it touched, like an order from the first email to the payment.
- Each number is a range: the typical case and the high end, with how many cases we measured.
- Systems, steps, time span and handoffs show how deep and long the work runs.
- Linked records and links kept show how well records join into cases, before and after cleaning.
- Clear endings show how many cases end in a result you can check, like paid or delivered.
- Variety and breadth show how many paths the work takes, and how many parts of the business are covered.
- Usable cases is about how many cases have at least 3 steps, 2 systems and an ending.
- To raise your score, connect the system where work ends, include more history, and keep the email that goes with the work.
- Only totals leave our system. Confidential deals show broad ranges, and never a count under 11.
