What no check here can prove

  • Sales made entirely outside the exchange. The owner's prior-sales declaration is a warranty: if it's false, that's a material mismatch the buyer can reject the export for.
  • The full export, until it's delivered. Accepted or refunded: the buyer checks it against the manifest in the acceptance window, and if the owner can't cure a material mismatch, the holdback is refunded, and the whole price if it's fundamental.
  • Who the business is. The sheet never names it, and no check here identifies it.
  • Every client contract the owner has. Reuse rights are the owner's answer for their strictest contract, a warranty; the data.cool team can review redacted clauses, not each contract.

Checks are set by data.cool only (desk, owner confirmation or automated), never by the lister. Declarations are warranties under the Seller and Broker Terms; a false one is a breach paid from the holdback.
